National Cancer Centre Singapore (NCCS)

A national and regional one-stop centre for cancer treatment, NCCS has adopted a holistic and multidisciplinary approach to patient care. NCCS treats about 70% of all cancer patients in Singapore. It also undertakes training and education of medical, radiation and surgical oncologists and other allied health personnel to develop clinical and basic research programmes.

National Heart Centre Singapore (NHCS)

With its 186-bed campus, NHCS is located alongside Singapore General Hospital and is the national referral centre of any cardiovascular condition in need of specialist care. NHCS is also continually pushing its acclaim as the region’s centre for referral tertiary care and as a centre for research and education in the fields relating to cardiovascular and thoracic services.

National Neuroscience Institute (NNI)

As a renowned international specialist centre for patient care, education and research into complex neurological disease, NNI has over 20 sub-specialty treatments for illnesses that affect the brain, spine and muscles. NNI also boasts state-of-the-art equipment and neuro-imaging technologies, and is the only institute in Singapore with a dedicated Neuro-radiology Department.

National Skin Centre (NSC)

NSC is dedicated to providing specialised dermatological services, while training and educating both medical students and post-graduate trainees. NSC aims to be the regional referral and research centre for the treatment of complex skin conditions. It is a recognised dermatological training centre for skin specialists and paramedical personnel.

Singapore National Eye Centre (SNEC)

As the designated national and regional centre for the treatment of eye disease, SNEC is heavily involved in clinical trials and research into the causes and treatment of major eye conditions, such as myopia and glaucoma. To further its capabilities and to meet the increasing demand for quality eye treatment, SNEC has fostered strategic links with leading eye institutions around the world.

National Dental Centre (NDC)

NDC is Singapore’s only referral centre for patients in need of specialist oral healthcare. With the vision of becoming Singapore’s leading organization in quality oral healthcare and to continue to set the standards in dental practices, NDC has been heavily involved in dentistry training and clinical research. To date, NDC has 92 fully-equipped dental operatories and a day surgery with 6 operating theatres.
