The opening of DBC Clinic in Internasional Bintaro Hospital
In response to the needs of patients who have a back problem. RSIB developed a service facility called Documentation Based Care (DBC) Clinic. The DBC Clinic provides an active and comprehensive rehablititation program for waist, neck and shoulder pain problems.
The DBC Clinic is part of the “Spine Centre international Network” which operates in more than 20 countries. This is the first DBC Clinic in Indonesia and was officially opened on 27 November 2006 by Finland Ambassador Markku Nimioja and the President Director of Ramsay Health Care Indonesia, Jusup Halimi.
MRI 1.5 T service at Mitra Internasional Hospital
A new faclity in diagnositc support was added to Mitra Internasional Hospital when a Magnetic Resonance Imaging (MRI) Magnetom Avanto 1.5 T machine commenced operation on 22 January 2007. This instrument is a new inovation from Siemens. The machine has advantages over other instruments as the results are more detailed and clearer and this assists the doctor in making a diagnosis.
Mammography & Bone Densitometer at Surabaya Internasional
As part of the commitment to increase patient services, two new instruments commenced operation at RSSI at the end of 2006. These were a mamogram to detect breast cancer and a Bone Densitometer to detect osteophorosis.
Wi-Fi Hotspot at Mitra Internasional Jakarta
Since 1 March 2006, Mitra Internasional Hospital has provided the Wi-Fi Hotspot facility for VIP and Super VIP rooms. With this service, the patient’s family can access free, many internet facilities such: web surfing, email and chatting with their notebook/PDA.
Wi-Fi Hotspot at RS Internasional Bintaro
Starting at the beginning of March 2007, RSSI developed a new facility for visitors, namley Wi-Fi Internet Connection. Wi-Fi Hotspot access is available in the first floor Lobby and the second floor waiting room. All visitors can use this facility freely.
Wifi Hotspot at RS Surabaya Internasional
Since 8 January 2007 Internasional Bintaro Hospital has also provided the Wi-Fi Hotspot service in the Lobby, the Cafetaria, & the Pharmacy areas and the view rooms in the medical center. This service is given freely, as a part of our commitment to increase the service to patients and hospital visitors.
